Elfrieda Tobing brings more than 24 years of experience across financial services, technology, operations, project management, and digital transformation. Her background includes senior leadership roles at Indonesia Financial Group (IFG), Mercer, Allianz Life, Manulife, and UOB, with extensive experience in transformation strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution across complex institutions.

She also brings broad experience in working with boards, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver large-scale change across complex organizations.

At EYF, she supports the firm’s strategic and client-facing initiatives, drawing on deep expertise in business transformation, operational leadership, and C-level relationship management.
