His career includes senior roles at PT Icecream Insurance Broker, Sunday Insurance Indonesia, Avrist Assurance, Great Eastern Life Indonesia, and Chubb Life Indonesia, where he worked on alternate partnership distribution, agency support, compensation design, licensing, budgeting, and nationwide performance monitoring.

He has supported senior management and distribution leadership through strategic reporting, performance analytics, incentive architecture, and partnership execution across nationwide sales channels.
