Marlin R. Siahaan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across digital business, venture capital, and strategic partnerships in Indonesia. Her career includes senior roles at Telkomsel Venture Capital, Telkomsel, Google, and Yahoo, with deep exposure to investment, digital transformation, and ecosystem development across corporate, financial, and public-sector stakeholders.

She also brings an extensive network across government, state-owned enterprises, regulators, and broader public policy circles, strengthening EYF’s ability to navigate strategic engagement in Indonesia.

At EYF, she supports advisory work, partnership development, and strategic initiatives, drawing on extensive experience in business growth, governance, and investment readiness.
